How long will it take to receive my nameplate?
We aim to deliver the signs within 10 working days. However, this will depend on the style of sign required. Polycarbonate nameplates with recycled plastic posts offers the quickest manufacturing process, whilst aluminium die pressed nameplates in angle frames may take up to 20 working days.

Can I order from the website?
Given the individual nature of every street nameplate we feel that the process of ordering is better served by contacting us and we can discuss your needs in more detail than a website ordering process could cover.

How much is shipping and handling?
Carriage costs start at £20 + VAT for one complete street nameplate unit, or £15 +VAT for one wall/rail mounted nameplate. We will include the detailed carriage costs in any quote we send out to you.

How do I pay for my order?
We use Stripe as our secure checkout, please note you do not need a Stripe account for this payment method (credit/debit card). We are also able to offer customers the ability to send remittance by BACS.

Can I return the sign if I'm not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your sign, please contact us and we will discuss the situation with you to try to ensure you are happy with the final product.

Do you manufacture other signs apart from street nameplates?
As well as supplying street nameplates to councils, homebuilders and individuals across the UK, and even further afield, we are also able to supply road signs to UK specification, site signage and engraved signs.
